Cencal CNC is excited to announce our ISO 9001:2015 certification as of February 2023! We made the decision to pursue ISO certification in an effort of continuous improvement, and ongoing commitment to our quality system. This enables Cencal CNC to improve as a company, holds us to a rigorous quality standard, and provide continually improving top-notch quality and service to our customers. Our quality policy is a big part of this improvement.
The Cencal CNC Quality Policy is to provide full CNC machining and fabrication services at the highest levels. We set quality objectives that are specific to our customer needs and have a commitment to satisfy all applicable requirements. We also have a commitment to continual improvement of the Cencal QMS (Quality Management System).
ISO 9001 certification requires a company-wide commitment. This meant optimizing our traceability and documentation standards, setting quality objectives (such as non-conforming parts rate and on-time-delivery), and implementing on an ongoing basis whatever process or structure is required to meet these objectives.
We believe this step of ISO certification has made us stronger and more competitive as a company, and we look forward to servicing our customer needs more effectively as a result.
Cencal CNC, Inc. ISO 9001:2015 registrar is Verisys Registrars, who is IAS accredited and IAF recognized. The scope is machining, fabricating, laser cutting, water jet cutting, rolling and welding of metal and plastic products.
